Terms & Conditions

All bookings are made with Falangi Travels and are subject to these terms and the conditions of the relevant airlines, hotels and suppliers.

Quotes: prices are valid at the time of quoting and subject to availability until a deposit is paid. Seat and room availability can change without notice.

Payments: a deposit secures your booking; balances are due by the date stated on your invoice. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

Travel documents: it is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport, visas and health certificates. Falangi assists but does not guarantee issuance by any authority.

Changes: date, name and route changes are subject to supplier rules and fees. Written acceptance of quotes and itineraries is required before ticketing.

Liability: Falangi acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by suppliers, weather or events beyond our control.
